Mary Ann would like to have team calls every 4-6 weeks and I would recommend getting on the calls whenever possible as we will have training sessions and just to get together as a team is good for us to come together:0
So last night we went over the
- importance of booking your calendar
- Dream Call
- Hope and Toast results
- Check product inventory
- customer care calls
I have said this many times and will probably say again but it is very important to keep your calendars booked and it is something that I am continually working on myself for my business(I have not perfected this task yet)
Dream Call
Every stylist needs to plan to join the call on January 12th at 8:00PM and invite everyone you know: friends, family, co-workers, potential stylists, brand ambassadors, hostesses, customers
This is our opportunity call on steroids, monthly recognition, and our wonderful CEO Anna will be on the call sharing with us the dream of the company(state of the union for Ruby Ribbon)
Reminder to invite people to join in on the opportunity calls for every 2 guests that you invite you will receive business supplies
Hope and Toast
This promotion was very successful and lots of fun hope that it becomes a yearly event it was beneficial to get rejuvenated after the Holiday and got us ready for business 2015!
Check product inventory
This is very important to do before each trunk show or personal appointment to make sure you tell your customers we are low on an item or out of an item before they order it is easier to say while ordering than to make that call after the order has been placed
Customer care calls
VERY VERY VERY important to keep up on these customer care calls-- it builds a relationship between you and your customers and helps to keep the RR conversation open. At first it may be uncomfortable but step outside your comfort zone and do it once or twice and it will be like second nature for you!
HINT: I find it helps me to mark it on my calendar to make customer care calls like an appointment
open a trunk show in back office for yourself and enter all individual orders at the end of the month close the show and earn double credits for your business build your rack! Remember to enter the orders and process as a ship now keeping the show open and closing at the end of the month(not too late though)
Meetings are going to be scheduled every 4-6 weeks keep your eyes open for an e-mail, text, or facebook reminder
