Looking to 2015 with great exciement

2015 is just right around the corner and boy am I excited about it!!!

How about you are you getting excited?

I have been with Ruby Ribbon for 1 year officially and looking back on my year it has been an awesome journey not free from my share of bumps in the road but I have overcome them and 2014 has been successful.

I started last December wanting to make senior stylist and within my first month I sponsored my first recruit and sold $1500 promoting to Sr. Stylist then my next goal was to become leader, as the year progressed I added 2 more awesome stylists to my team and In November we first month qualified  the team worked so hard, and I appreciate each and every one of my stylists they all 3 add something to my team.  December has been a whirlwind with Lisa joining us in WV for our dream Big event and my fabulous team working hard to get us over the finish line for leader and so we can officially be a TEAM!

Still have quite a bit to go but we are going to do this!!!

It is very important to look at your own business as we close out 2014 and welcome 2015

-What did you do in 2014 that helped you jump into success?
-- you want to hold on to those activities, traits, mindsets for 2015

-What did you do in 2014 that did not work?
-- you need to ask yourself why it did not work and change this for 2015

-Where do you want to go in 2015?
--do you just want to be a stylist? what about building your own team?  think about where you want to be financially and career wise for 2015 and make a plan

-Make a monthly goal, quarter goal(1,2,3,4), yearly goal
-- write this goal down on paper-- you can also do a visual goal sheet where you print pictures of what you want and place this somewhere you will see it

Last December I was just getting started with my business but I knew I wanted to build a team now a year I have a small but mighty team and we are making dreams come true with Ruby Ribbon!

This year my goals and ambitions will be in the form of a scrapbook journal I am so excited about it
I plan on writing a business plan style goal for 2015
taking pictures and placing them inside along with business updates and scrapbook of my customers and trunk shows(I am an avid scrap-booker at heart, so it only makes since to do my plan and goals this way)
You could journal your plan and goals, scrapbook, or cut and paste on a poster-board or a corkboard
it is vital to success in this type of business to be goal oriented and be able to change plan midstream if your current plan isn't working.

I want to share my team goals for 2015
- Triple our team in size
-build teams in our team
-Have better communication I would like to have a team call 1 per month where we can all be on the call together and discuss topics that will help us to grow our businesses
--What are your thoughts on this?  I do call each of you once per month but what if we could all talk together and since we don't all live close I believe the only way would be to have a team call meeting
-Instead of the check-in calls I want to do a team newsletter 1 per month to inform you of any promotions, what is going on in the team, and a training spot on different items
-- now of course anytime you need to talk to me on the phone you can do that
-I want to do a team event at Runway or after Runway if everyone cant make it
-- we can carpool and share hotel rooms at runway to decrease our overall cost of the event

I would love to have a team call during the first part of January to discuss team goals and personal goals-- we are all in this together and we can encourage each other to meet our goals no matter how small or big they may be!

Are you planning a hope and toast event?
I am planning one for my clients and hostesses nothing large just something to say Thanks for supporting me and sharing my hopes and dreams for 2015, inviting them to join me in 2015!
