Ideas on booking fall and Holiday Shows

Here are just a few ideas presented by Donna Versola Director of Sales West, shared from Mary Ann Senior Leader of our team

  • Start with Stocking Stuffers- start each presentation till Christmas with stocking stuffer ideas
    • -petals
    • -3 pack panties

  • Blender/Vendor events
    • -set up a small vendor even with other direct sellers
    • - remember to only invite ones that you trust
    • -try to avoid completion: jewelry is not direct competition but it is considered an emotional purchase which could take customers away from you
    • -pampered chef, tastefully simple, candle companies
  • Everyone invites customers and friends so we all benefit
  • November is a fabulous time to set one up
  • Think about your hostess schedule shows on weeknights or Saturday mornings to reduce cancellations
  • Hostess happy hour- 1 hour only- snacks, shopping then off to the next event

  • Food pantry show- bring a canned food to donate to a food pantry you can match the donation or give customer free shipping if they bring a canned food item

  • Offer a WOW show- within one week offer a incentive to do this-- gift bags filled with small gifts and the hostess packet

  • Invite guests to shape up their Holiday wardrobe-- encourage them to bring a holiday outfit and then help her pick appropriate shape wear

  • Have a boutique shop in your home every ... day at... time- make up postcard invites to pass out for women to be able to stop by and shop
    • The post card should say something like this: "My shop is open every Wednesday Evening from 5-7PM and I would love for you to stop by and take a look at our fabulous fall and gorgeous Holiday items... including several easy gift ideas!"
